Liz Daniels Bio
Liz Daniels fell in love with yoga over 2 decades ago as she found it a great balance to a stressful job as an event planner. As life evolved and injuries occurred she found her practice could remain present by practicing restorative yoga and then prenatal yoga when she & her husband started their family. She received her 200 -hour certification through Samadhi in Denver in 2012 shortly after the birth of her 1st son. She continued to become certified as both a prenatal yoga instructor with De West & Anjali Restorative Yoga with Shannon Paige. She has also completed a certification with Radiant Beginnings for teaching yoga to children in schools.
Although life remains very busy; a mom to two young boys and still working part time as an event planner, she has been able to create balance by combining her passion for health as a yoga instructor and L.E.A.N. Health coach. She loves sharing tools and knowledge that have helped her to find balance.
