Class Description

Dynamic, high energy fitness centered around self-empowerment. Designed to offer greater agility, strength and body awareness using various modalities of movement. Each class will incorporate a high intensity workout as well as skill building component. What you can expect to gain from this class include, self-defense techniques, greater speed and strength and proprioception in moving that aids in injury prevention. Techniques like how to fall safely as well as how to protect yourself from the ground. Mental toughness, stamina, flexibility and over-all greater confidence. All exercises are scalable and suitable for all fitness levels. This class is not focused on size or weight. This class is focused on learning how to use your body to your advantage.

I have been teaching, training, and mentoring students from pre-school to adult since 2009 in Bend Oregon. I achieved my Black Belt in Karate in 2013. Which led me to pursue fitness and other body related modalities. I have created and led various camps and workshops classes for youth and adults all centered around body awareness, fitness and self-confidence. In February 2018 I relocated to Colorado to finish my bachelor's degree at Naropa University. I am in the somatic Psychology Program, learning how the body connects us to our emotions and is a gateway to greater mental and physical health.
